One of the most common accomodations riders make themselves is tipping their saddle nose down to relieve pressure.
There are many factors which lead to this, including excessive saddle height or setback, too much handlebar drop, too great of a reach, or simply a poor choice of saddle.
The job of a saddle is compromised and can lead to other issues in a position if it is any more than a few degrees from level. Outside of this, it can no longer provide the stable base needed for optimal weight distribution and comfort, as well as power production.
